Growth districts build campuses and redraw attendance zones on a rhythm slower districts never need. That has a practical consequence: the campus assignment that's true for a neighborhood this year may be re-zoned as new schools open — particularly in the newest master-planned phases. This isn't a defect; it's arithmetic. But it means corridor movers should verify the current assignment with the district's own address tool, ask specifically whether the address sits in an area under rezoning study, and — for new-construction purchases — ask the district rather than the sales office.
