North FW Livingthe alliance corridor field guide

Pocket profile · Trophy Club

Trophy Club: built out, buttoned up, and next door to the money.

Trophy Club finished most of its growing before the corridor's boom began — a master-planned golf community from an earlier era, now sitting minutes from the 114/170 job cluster it predates.

Housing stock

Overwhelmingly established single-family around the town's golf courses — mature landscaping, settled streets, and essentially no room left to build at scale. That makes Trophy Club a pure scarcity market: listings are few, demand from the Westlake campuses next door is constant, and pricing reflects both. Rentals are rare and mostly houses.

The location math

For Schwab and Fidelity employees, Trophy Club competes directly with Roanoke for shortest-commute honors — with a different personality: quieter, golf-oriented, less walkable-dining, more established-suburb. DFW Airport runs are among the corridor's best via 114.

Schools & who it fits

Northwest ISD serves Trophy Club — verify by address as always. It fits buyers paying for maturity and proximity in the same purchase, and it rewards patience: the right listing may take a season to appear. Compiled from public sources, August 2026.
