North FW Livingthe alliance corridor field guide

About the guide

An independent field guide, built on public data.

North FW Living exists to answer the questions the corridor's growth actually creates — with dated numbers, named sources, and no sales pitch.

The North Fort Worth / Alliance corridor is one of the fastest-changing housing markets in Texas. A 27,000-acre development pulls roughly 70,000 workers a day. Builders open new sections faster than school boundary maps get re-read. Rents, incentives, and commute times shift monthly. Most of what's written about the area is trying to sell you something in the same breath.

This guide takes the other lane. Everything published here is compiled from public listings, public agencies, and published sources; dated so you know when it was true; and rounded deliberately, because false precision is its own kind of lie. When a number matters — an incentive, a boundary, a tax rate — we tell you exactly how to verify it yourself.

What this site is not

North FW Living is a publisher. It is not a real estate brokerage and does not offer brokerage, leasing, or apartment-locating services today. Full service is coming soon — the early list will hear first. Until then, the guide is free, complete, and yours to use without owing anyone a phone call.

The family

North FW Living is a sibling of West FW Living, the field guide to Fort Worth's west side, and shares its house rules: honest math, dated data, Equal Housing Opportunity, and no content designed to steer anyone toward or away from any community.
