Housing stock
Predominantly resale single-family, ranging from 1980s–2000s neighborhoods with genuinely mature trees to newer infill and estate pockets. Large lots survive here more than almost anywhere else this close to the corridor's job centers. Apartment stock is thin by design; renters in Keller are usually renting houses. New construction exists at the margins, not the center — this is the corridor's clearest resale-regime market, where the mature-tree side of the ledger is strongest.
Schools
Keller is the home base of Keller ISD, though as everywhere on the corridor, verify your exact address — district lines and city limits are different maps.
Commute logic
To the Westlake financial campuses (Schwab, Fidelity): typically a short northbound run via 377/170 — among the corridor's easier white-collar commutes. To the Alliance logistics spine: westward across to I-35W, moderate and traffic-dependent. To DFW Airport: eastbound via 114, manageable outside peaks. Drive your shift, not our sentence.
Who it fits
Buyers prioritizing settled streets, lot size, and an established district's home base over new-build finishes; sellers here compete less directly with model homes than anywhere else on the corridor. Character notes compiled from public sources, August 2026.
Where this fits: Keller anchors the Alliance corridor's established east side, mostly Keller ISD — if you're near a district seam, see Northwest ISD vs. Keller ISD and Keller vs. Northlake, then the relocation guide.
